All products and content on our website are invitations to treat only and are not offers.

An order placed by you on the website is considered as an offer to purchase goods from Drivedata (UK) Ltd.

No contract will subsist between you and Drivedata (UK) Ltd for the sale of products by Drivedata (UK) Ltd to you unless and until we inform you that your order has been despatched. This confirmation e-mail amounts to acceptance by Drivedata (UK) Ltd of your offer to buy products from Drivedata (UK) Ltd and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. To the full extent permitted at law, Drivedata (UK) Ltd is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its products and contents. Drivedata (UK) Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Drivedata (UK) Ltd site.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

If you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, please contact us immediately, by e-mail. If the order has not been sent we can usually offer a full refund. If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We will then issue a refund for the goods (less shipping costs) within 30 days. If goods are not returned in the same condition they left us, we reserve the right to deduct a re-stocking fee from the refund. Any items specially manufactured or modified by us may not qualify for a full refund.

In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

Delivery Policy

Drivedata ( UK) Ltd pledges that it will deliver products in a timely manner. However, our delivery times may vary from item to item as some items are shipped from various parts of the world. Your items will normally be despatched within one working day of your credit card payment being approved by your credit card company, which usually happens within 24 hours of you placing your order, if the item(s) are in stock.

We offer several shipping methods for domestic and international orders. These are detailed in our shop.

If an item is out of stock, your item will ship within 24 hours of new stock arriving.

If your order is split due to stock shortages, then there will be NO extra shipping cost. Some of our products are manufactured to order and lead times for these may be several weeks in certain circumstances.

You are advised to contact us for accurate lead times before placing an urgent order.
